Prokuratura Okręgowa w Łodzi postawiła dzielnicowemu z Piątku Kamilowi C. zarzuty spowodowania ciężkiego uszczerbku na zdrowiu ze skutkiem śmiertelnym i przekroczenie uprawnień, natomiast policjantce zarzuty bezpośredniego narażenia na utratę zdrowia i życia oraz przekroczenie uprawnień. Zarzuty usłyszała również funkcjonariuszka Renata P. jest podejrzana o niedopełnienie obowiązków, poświadczenie nieprawdy w notatniku i narażenie na bezpośrednie ryzyko utraty zdrowia lub życia 30-latka.
Dwoje policjantów z Posterunku Policji w Piątku zawiesił dziś Komendant Powiatowy Policji w Łęczycy. Prokuratura Okręgowa w Łodzi zatrzymała ich do wyjaśnienia. Chodzi o śmierć 30-letniego mężczyzny, którego znaleziono w minioną sobotę w lesie w Goślubiu. Okazało się, że to Marcin K., który wieczorem w piątek był powodem interwencji dwójki funkcjonariuszy.
